Based on her background of studying both in the USA and Korea, she is able to help foreign clients who need legal advice in Korea. With her various experience on legal cases between Korean and foreign companies, she will sufficiently provide legal services to foreign companies while negotiating with Korean companies and/or developing business within Korea.

As a licensed lawyer in Korea, fluent in English, her broad experience on civil and criminal litigations in Korean court will lead foreign clients to be represented in Korean legal proceedings smoothly as well as receiving thorough explanation of such procedures in English.

While giving legal advice on drafting and executing contracts, she will provide legal advice in full-spectrum by analyzing Korean laws acutely and extensively, while forecasting any litigation stemming from such contracts.
